KNIT A CABLED ARAN SWEATER-(8 weeks) $260

Saturdays, February 11th to April 7th, 2:30 to 5:30pm

 

It's hard to think of traditional knitwear without thinking of Aran sweaters: bulky garments full of cables and other stitch-work patterns. You will knit a saddle-shoulder, Aran pullover locally designed by the teacher Sam, just for the class. You will learn how to effectively knit with cables, block and sew garment pieces, and alter a cable-heavy pattern to fit perfectly at any gauge. Materials list available on registration, including a $10 credit toward materials.
